Please note, If you arrive 15 minutes or more late, your appointment time may be subject to cancellation. 

A 24 hour notice is required for all cancellations. Customers who fail to cancel without 24 hours notice, will be charged 50% of total cost of the scheduled service for Late Cancellation fee

Customers who fail appear for their scheduled service without rescheduling will be charged 100% of total cost of scheduled service for No Call/No Show fee.

Customers who accumulate 2 No call/No shows; will not be able to book any future appointments without placing a non-refundable deposit in the amount of 25% of the total cost of the scheduled appointment.
